RECENT DESIGNS: FREEMAN HOUSE #2, HEEMSKERCK PLACE TASMAN HEIGHTS, NELSON. TWO
STOREY CONTEMPORARY DESIGN WITH A FLAT ROOF STYLE.

Cad rendered South Approach view of
Freeman House. Painted Fibre cement panel primary cladding, Linea weatherboard secondary
cladding with white painted panel work for highlights.

CAD rendered view from the South West
showing 2 storey Garage solution for requirement to have four car garaging. Garage doors,
panel work and window shapes on green walls are an attempt to create some familiar
traditional features to hopefully instill a warmer emotional response to an otherwise
"cold" contemporary impression.

Closeup rendering of Entry and
"tower" clad with black painted Linea weatherboard as a complete contrast to the
pastel coloured walls. Window shapes in this vertical element are strogly horizontal while
window shapes in the main walls (which have strong horizontal elements) are vertical in
shape.

CAD rendered image from the west view.
Main Lounge front left cantilevers out over ground falling away quickly. This view also
shows a good proportional balance whereby the bulkier parts of the building are located
near the centre of the overall mass, with the single storey areas extending out
horizontally from that.

CAD rendered image from north west
showing main deck off Lounge and Family room.

CAD rendered North East view of Freeman
2 House. Dining Room lower left, Family room in foreground, Lounge to the lower right.
Bedrooms upstairs. All with good north sun and expansive views to the NW and West.

CAD rendered birdseye view from the
south west clearly showing extensive layering of the various flat roof levels.
