front entry and Garage. A traditional style home drawing upon English Free Style cottages
and Villas built in NZ during the first 25 years or so of the 20th century. The design
features a 2.7m stud throughout with window heads at 2.4m

A closeup of the entry area showing
some of the traditional detailing. Cladding is 60mm Rockcote Gold with recessed windows
and note the plinth foundation, also of polystyrene/plaster which fulfils both aesthetic
and slab insulation needs.

West wing of the Everts house featuring

feature gable.

The main Patio area with access from
both the lounge at right and Family room centre. Shading devices will be used for sun
control over the patio in summer.
